What we offer you
As an Account Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of building strong client relationships, driving business success, and delivering impactful solutions—your primary focus will be maintaining and growing client relationships, ensuring their satisfaction while driving business growth.
What you’ll do
- Build and nurture strong, lasting relationships with clients, serving as their trusted point of contact.
- Identify and drive upselling opportunities, while managing contract renewals to support business growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that exceed client expectations.
- Monitor and report on account performance, gathering client feedback and key metrics for continuous improvement.
- Develop and implement strategic account plans that align client goals with company objectives.
- Ensure customers are getting the maximum use and benefit from our products, bringing in additional support where necessary to achieve this.
- Design and implement structured cadences to proactively engage with customers and understand their evolving needs.
- Develop best practices and frameworks for managing customer relationships as part of a growing function.
- Use data-driven insights to monitor account performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
About you
- Focused on delivering exceptional customer experiences with a strong customer-first mindset. Solution-oriented and skilled at adding value to client relationships.
- A natural problem solver, adept at addressing challenges efficiently.
- Technically savvy, quick to learn, and able to understand customer pain points and use cases.
- Able to align customer needs with our product offerings to create impactful solutions.
- Collaborative, working effectively with colleagues to achieve shared objectives.
- Adaptable and thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
- Highly organized and skilled at building strong relationships across diverse teams and cultures.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages like Dutch are a plus.
- Experience in account management or a similar client-facing role.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Technically adept, able to understand customer needs and match them with product solutions.
- Data-savvy, with the ability to use insights to improve client engagement and retention.
- Proven experience in account management or a client-facing role, ideally with previous experience in upselling and renewals.
