What we offer you
As an Account Executive, you will play a key role in driving new business growth by identifying and securing high-value opportunities with a particular focus on the financial sector. You will develop lasting relationships with key decision-makers, delivering tailored identity verification solutions to large enterprises. Operating in an international environment, you will leverage cultural competence and a consultative sales approach to effectively address client needs, drive impactful outcomes, and expand Keesing’s global presence.
What you’ll do
- Identify and Acquire New Clients: Develop and implement strategies to target and engage high-value clients in the financial sector.
- Lead Complex Sales Processes: Manage end-to-end sales cycles, including contract negotiations, ensuring win-win outcomes for both parties.
- Build Strong Client Relationships: Establish trust-based partnerships with financial institutions, acting as a key advisor in solving their identity verification and compliance challenges.
- Tailor Solutions to Client Needs: Leverage your expertise in the financial sector—including customer pain points, industry trends, and regulatory changes—to provide insights that inform internal teams and enhance product offerings.
- Stay Ahead of Market Trends: Maintain deep industry knowledge to position Keesing as a trusted advisor in the financial vertical.
- Achieve Sales Targets: Consistently meet or exceed sales quotas while identifying opportunities to expand business growth.
About you
- Proven experience in enterprise sales, particularly within the financial services sector, with a strong understanding of industry-specific challenges and opportunities.
- Strong ability to build relationships and engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strategic thinker with a consultative sales approach and the ability to align solutions with complex client needs.
- Knowledge of identity verification, regulatory compliance, or related technologies is an advantage—or a strong willingness to learn.
- Results-driven, adaptable, and motivated to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events as needed.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of international sales experience, including enterprise customers.
- Proven ability to build and manage a strong sales pipeline, successfully driving and closing new business.
- Demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of the financial sector and experience selling solutions into financial institutions.
- Fluency in English is required; additional languages (e.g., Dutch) are a plus.
